1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and w365 ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the w365 online casino and sports betting platform available at w365.bid and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on w365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the w365 Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the w365 Platform, including players based in the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on w365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. w365 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of w365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by w365 or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using your w365 account.

w365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the w365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your w365 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your w365 account credentials.
• Notify w365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

w365 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time through a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Players who fail to complete KYC verification may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w365 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. w365 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.
• Third-Party Payments: w365 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Anti-Money Laundering: w365 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. w365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, w365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• w365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have commenced participation in the relevant promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the w365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of w365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of w365.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use any w365 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of w365 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by w365 and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or network outages beyond the reasonable control of w365.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or account balances caused by system malfunctions or third-party data provider errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its features. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted, the liability of w365 shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by w365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on w365, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In summary, w365 collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services. 10. Responsible Gaming

• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity conducted through the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The account holder being found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

You may close your w365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the w365 Platform, you agree to first contact w365 customer support to seek an informal resolution. w365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute in good faith within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent w365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

w365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the w365 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
